Other Lesson plans I have implemented include:

• Large group mixed media collage, using plastic waste to create a scene emulating the great pacific garbage patch.
• A 1 minute stop motion film showing how volcanoes shape our environment; a collaboration of 76 students at an art summer camp.
• Needlefelting complex shapes and figures, teaching proper safety practices.
• Using the potter's wheel, kiln, and ceramic glazes to create decorative and functional containers.
• Sculpting alebrije, Mexican animal spirits, using polymer clay, teaching color and patterns in art.
• Creating a parody of a famous piece of art where students display knowlege of the art/artist and their artistic intent, changing the meaning of the original art.
